The light filled guesthouse is a perfect studio for any artist or would be artist as it is not difficult to create a perfect picture or painting overlooking the beautiful rolling hills covered with green acres and fields filled with sunflowers.
The guesthouse is painted in french colonial colours and decorated to create a typical charming french cosy atmosphere. But even important, it comes also with everything to make your stay comfortable.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower (hydro massage) and a very spacious livingroom and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment) and basic kitchen utensils. In the winter months, electrical heating is available. This guesthouse of appr. 80 m2, caters easily to a family of 4. Outside you have also your own private covered seating area of appr. 20m2 where you can have your breakfast whilst enjoying the morning sun.
Hopefully you will also find inspiration in the Gers region and follow the footsteps of Mario Cavaglieri and Chauvauty, Italian painters from the 19th century, Roumeguere (who loved light) or Christian Gardair to name of few. Their legacy is a series of beautiful paintings capturing the lush gold-green fields and beautiful landscapes of the Gers. Come and stay at Au Clair de Lune and be the next one to create a masterpiece. You can also enjoy the communal swimmingpool with sunbeds, BBQ and our enormous garden of appr. 2.8 ha. Thanks to our heated pool, you can swim throughout the year! A baby bed and baby chair are available upon request.
