Week rates from : saterday 4:00pm till the next saterday 10:00am
Inluded are: basic rate, maid service in the beginning and at the end of your stay, standard water and electricity comsumption. No breakfast included. (use of heating : 100euro/week will be charged.)
A garanty of 200 euro is to be payed for damages (including heating costs). This will be payed back if nothing was broken or the heating was not used.
